CEO of HaydenRock Financial
Mark McGaurn, a Collingswood, NJ native, grew up immersed in sports and academics. As a standout student-athlete, he captained both the wrestling and football teams at Collingswood High School and graduated with honors. Mark earned his Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Cornell University's College of Human Ecology.

Following a tenure at JP Morgan Chase's Cash Management Division, Mark transitioned to the Baypark Financial Group. Starting as assistant office manager, he swiftly obtained licenses and established his practice. Mark, an investment adviser representative with licenses in NJ, PA, and DE, focuses on developing tax-preferenced financial strategies and navigating the nuances of annuities. Committed to serving South Jersey, Mark emphasizes protection products like Life, disability, and Long-term care insurance to help safeguard his clients' financial interests.

Executive Assistant
Gia Bello serves as the dedicated Executive Assistant at HaydenRock Financial, leveraging her extensive background in the financial services industry to provide unparalleled support. A graduate of Rowan University, Gia has refined her skills over a span of 7 years, specializing in executive assistance and fostering robust client relationships.
