During the initial stages, before on-boarding as a client, we will have at least 2 calls or meetings, the 1st to gather information about your financial situation and the 2nd to review the analysis and projections reports that have been completed, answer any questions you may have, and finally to present our financial recommendations and advice for you moving forward. These interactions can be completed either in person or over the phone/virtually, depending on your preference. If you accept our plan and recommendations for you we will then begin the implementation phase, which will probably involve a few more interactions. Once that phase is completed, we will send you an email every quarter of the year asking you to respond if you would like to schedule a review.
Generally, we like to connect at least one time each calendar year to discuss your progress and get updates about important changes in your life or to your goals for the future. We will accommodate everyone’s preferences, however, and will connect as often or as rarely as you desire.
There is no cost for our initial connections or an annual financial plan fee associated with our interactions. However, there may be advisory fees involved for accounts that Haydenrock manages for you.

You can expect to be asked detailed questions about every aspect of your financial situations. The more we know the better we can serve you. So expect detailed questions about everything, including but not limited to you and/or your spouses employment income, retirement plan deferrals, estimated account balances, credit cards, debts, and goals for the future. So it’s good to have statements ready or shared before our first meeting to make the most efficient use of our time. We’ll send you a secure email to reply to with attachments for any sensitive documents to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
Mark McGaurn, is an Investment Advisor representative nationally, allowing him to manage any type of investment or investment account type. He also has every insurance license applicable to the individual household and business marketplace. Additional education and experience include an Ivy League Degree from Cornell University, 16 years of industry experience as a financial advisor, and his Certified Financial Planning designation.
In an investment account that is actively being managed, there will be changes made throughout the year, but a turnover rate typically less than 20%.
